Arvind @ Prashant Tiwari and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 65 of 2022, under Sections 323, 504, 506 of I.P.C., Police Station- Shivrajpur, District- Kanpur Nagar as well as cognizance/summoning order 13.1.2023, pending in the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), F.T.C., Kanpur Dehat. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. The instant application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
