Even though the reply has not been filed, however, with the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the matters are heard at this stage.

These writ petitions have been filed for the grant of almost common substantive reliefs. Relief clause herein is extracted from CWP No.16/2025: -
“(i) That the respondents may kindly be directed to consider the Petitioners as member of service in the cadre of lecturer (school cadre) and to assign the seniority to the Petitioners from the date of her initial appointment by holding her appointment on regular basis with all consequential benefits as being paid to the regular lecturers (school cadre) along with interest in view of
judgment passed in CWPOA 1695 of 2019 titled as Ajay Kumar Thakur versus State of HP and Others decided on 4.10.2024 (annexure P-7) in the interest of justice and fair play. (ii) That the respondent may kindly be directed to regularized the services of the Petitioners from the initial date of appointment on contract basis along with all consequential view judgment passed in CWP No. 7602 of 2010 (Annexure P-3). In the interest of justice and fair play or in alternative the service rendered by the Petitioners on contractual basis be counted for the purpose of increment, seniority, career progression scheme and for pension with all consequential benefits.

Learned counsel for the petitioner(s) has placed on record office order dated 10.09.2025 passed by the Director of School Education, which inter-alia records as under: -
“Now therefore, in view of facts and circumstances and in compliance of judgment passed by the Hon'ble High Coun of HP in CWPOA No. 1695 of 2019 titled as Ajay Kumar Thakur & Others Vs State of Himachal Pradesh & others, the speaking order dated:
3 17-03-2025 have become in fructuous and petitioners and non petitioners who have joined on contract are hereby considered as regular employees of the state in the pay scale of Rs. 10300- 34800+ 4200 Grade Pay allowances as admissible from time to time from the date when they were initially appointed/joined on contract basis with all consequential benefits.
The Principal/DDO concerned are hereby directed to release the monetary benefits only from three years proceeding to the date of filing the petition as per Hon'ble High Court order and also make necessary entries in the service book of the individual concerned.”
Learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submitted that the aforesaid order redresses the grievances of the petitioner(s) raised in these writ petitions at this stage, hence, the same be closed.
In view of above submissions and the office order dated 10.09.2025, these writ petitions are
disposed of. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
