O MANOHER REDDY The Court made the following: ORDER: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief: “…..declaring the action of the respondents 1 to 4 herein in not causing any enquiry into the affairs of the society in response to the complaint made on 03.10.2011 and 21.09.2014 by the members of the society as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to law and consequently direct the 1st respondent 2 herein to cause an enquiry into the affairs of the 4th respondent society by appointing senior officers from other departments, touching upon management of the society and misuse of funds and grants made by the government by duly giving opportunity to all the affected members of the society to participate in the enquiry; in the interest of justice and pass such other order as it may deem just and fit under the circumstances of the case.” 2. None appeared for the petitioners. 3. Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Industries and Commerce appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and Mr.O.Manohar Reddy, learned counsel for the 5th respondent. 4. On hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Industries and Commerce has submitted a copy of instructions dated 27.07.2016 of the 4th respondent, wherein it is stated that basing on the representation submitted by the petitioners, the respondent authorities have conducted enquiry with the senior officers and they also filed their reports and the same were also filed before this Court. 5. In view of the above instructions, the grievance of the petitioners has been redressed. As such, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication. 6.
