The Court made the following:
ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue any writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 5th and 6th respondents in interfering in the civil dispute and summoning the petitioners to the police station as illegal and arbitrary and in violation of Article 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the said respondents not to interfere in our Civil dispute and not to summon the petitioners to the police station and pass such other
order or orders…”
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home representing the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the police are calling the petitioner to the Police Station and interfering in the civil dispute.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions, would submit that basing on the report submitted by respondent Nos.7 and 8, the Police called the petitioner to the Police Station for enquiry. Learned Assistant Government Pleader further would submit that it is a matter of civil in nature and the Police are not interfering in the civil matter and appropriate orders may be passed.
5. Considering the submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Police are directed not to call the petitioner to the Police Station to settle the civil dispute. There shall be no order as to costs.
