Heard learned advocate Mr. K. Sreedhar for the complainants and learned Additional Government Advocate Mr. Naveen Chandrashekar for the respondents-State.
2. The direction contained in the order dated 20.09.2021 of learned Single Judge while disposing of Writ Petition No.9897 of

2020 is to require the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioners within stipulated time. It is stated that the State has already passed necessary endorsement and the same is forwarded to the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP).
3. At this stage, learned advocate for the complainants- petitioners submitted that the complainants have grievance about the very endorsement passed by the State Government and the same may be permitted to be challenged in accordance with law in appropriate proceedings.
4. Reserving such liberty to challenge the endorsement dated 27.08.2024 passed by the respondent-State Authority in an independent proceedings in accordance with law, the present contempt petition is disposed of without expressing any opinion on merits on the controversy as well as in respect of the further challenge which is intended by the petitioners.
5. While not entertaining the contempt petition, it is observed that subsequent courses of remedy would be available to the petitioners in accordance with law.

In view of disposal of the petition, the interlocutory application would not survive and it stands accordingly disposed of.
