The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is that no decision has been taken by the Senior Superintendent of Police, Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Police Academy, Moradabad on the application of the petitioner for payment of the insurance amount due to the deceased husband of the applicant. It would serve no useful purpose to keep the petition pending. The petitioner is permitted to make a fresh representation to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Police Academy, Moradabad, i.e., respondent no.3 who shall decide the same within a period of three months from the date of filing the representation and shall ensure that, in case, any amount is found due to the petitioner, the same is paid to her within a period of two months from the date of the decision of the Senior Superintendent of Police, Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Police Academy, Moradabad.
