This is an application praying for condonation of 95 days in preferring the interlocutory application under Order 9 Rule 4 of the CPC for restoration of the MAC Appeal No. 93/2023. 3. I have gone through this application and have found that the delay has been satisfactorily explained. 4. Mr. Paul submits that he has no objection if the delay stands condoned. Accordingly, the delay is condoned. 5. The MAC Appeal No. 93/2023 shall be restored to file. The appeal shall be listed for passing necessary order on 19th January, 2026.
