The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Jamtara P.S. Case No.66 of 2025, registered for the offence under Section 303(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and under Section 4/21(4)(5) of MMDR Act, pending in the Court of the learned Court of CJM, Jamtara. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the driver of the Hywa and the allegations are made that 400CFT quartz stone was loaded. He further submits that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He then submits that owner of the vehicle has been granted bail in A.B.A. No. 3937 of 2025 vide order dated 28.07.2025. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the illegal quartz stone was loaded in vehicle. 5. Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the above-named petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or 2025:JHHC:30371 2 surrender, he will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court of CJM, Jamtara in connection with Jamtara P.S.
