Act, P.S. Phoolpur District Prayagraj pending in the court of ACJM, Prayagraj expeditiously within a time bound period. 3. Learned A.G.A. submits that has no objection to the same. 4. Considering the submissions made across the bar, the application stands disposed of requiring the court below to decide the said proceedings in terms of provisions contained under sub- section 3 of Section 143 of N.I. Act after hearing the respective parties with most expedition, without granting unnecessary adjournment that too not beyond a period of 10 days at a stretch subject to legal impediment. 5.
