This petition has been filed for initiation of contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for their alleged willful disobedience to the order dated 07.02.2024 passed in W.P.(S) No. 1998 of 2023. 3. The learned counsel for the opposite parties has submitted that the show cause has been filed annexing the reasoned order whereby the delay in filing the appeal has been condoned, but the case has been decided against the petitioner on merits. 4. At this, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that liberty be reserved with the petitioner to take appropriate steps in connection with the reasoned order. 5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to proceed any further in this contempt proceeding which is hereby dismissed. 6.
