The petitioner made a representation to respondent No.6 seeking deletion of properties from the list of prohibited properties. At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that based upon the representation made by the petitioner, respondent No.6 issued notice vide F.No.S-05/KNL/20225, dated 24.07.2025, to the petitioner to appear before the authority on 04.08.2025. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue endorses the same. The said notice is placed before this Court. 2. 3. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, without touching the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the learned counsel, directing respondent No.6 to pass appropriate orders on the representation made by the petitioner regarding deletion of aforementioned plots in the list of prohibited properties. 4.
