1. In the instant contempt petition, the petitioners have alleged non compliance of interim order dated 24.07.2014.
2. Upon coming of the matter for consideration, Mr. Ravinder Gupta, AAG appearing counsel for the respondents/contemnors would submit that the petition wherein the order dated 24.07.2014 came to be passed stands dismissed for non prosecution by the CAT Jammu 20.02.2023 rendering the instant contempt petition infructuous.
3. Since, none has appeared for the petitioners on the previous date of hearing and none appears today as well, inasmuch as having regard to the aforesaid submission of Mr. Ravinder Gupta, AAG, contempt notice issued is recalled and proceedings are closed with liberty to the petitioners to seek revival of the contempt petition with the four weeks’ time from today in case cause survives.
