It has been stated in the application that copy of the impugned judgment dated 29.03.2025 was applied by the counsel of the applicant on 24.4.2025 and the same was delivered on 30.4.2025. Thereafter steps were taken for engaging the counsel for filing an appeal and in that process, delay of 51 days has occurred. The reasons as assigned in the application are plausible and reasonable. In view of the averments made in the application which are duly supported by an afÏdavit and keeping in view the fact that the learned counsel for the respondent has no objection in case delay is condoned, the present application is allowed and delay of 51 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Consequently, the delay in filing the present appeal is condoned and the present application is allowed and disposed off. Appeal be registered. Arb. Appeal No._____(ARBAST No. 42936/25) Heard. Admit.
