A. has been filed seeking impleadment of the new incumbents to the post of Managing Director, ASTC as the earlier incumbent who is arrayed as the sole respondent has vacated the office. Page No.# 2/2 The learned counsel for the applicant submits that inspite of the directions in the order dated 01.08.2022, passed in WP(C) No. 3016/2019, whereby the termination order of the writ petitioner was set aside; the petitioner was not reinstated in service. Being aggrieved, the accompanying contempt case No. 519/2022 has been filed. Learned counsel representing the sole respondent has no objections. Considering the submissions made before the Court that the direction contained in the order dated 01.08.2022, passed in WP(C) No. 3016/2019, has not been complied with, this Court is of the view that the prayer made for impleadment of the incumbent in place of sole respondent be permitted. Accordingly, the I.A. stands allowed. Shri Chinmoy Prakesh Phukan is arrayed as sole respondent in the accompanying Cont. Case (C) No. 519/2022 I.A. accordingly, stands disposed of.
