This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.PC with following relief: “(a) That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the petition and further be pleased to quash the impugned First Information Report bearing Crime No.143/2024 registered at Police Station -Bishrampur, District-Surajpur (C.G.) for the offences punishable under Section 498-A, 34 of Indian Penal Code, in the interest of justice.” 2. At the very outset, learned State Counsel submits that in this case charge-sheet/final report has already been filed before the trial Court concerned. He also pointed out that mediation between the parties has failed. 3. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to challenge the charge- sheet/final report before the appropriate forum/Court in accordance with law. 4. In view of above submissions, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to the law, if aggrieved with the charge-sheet/final report. 5.
