After hearing learned advocate for the applicant and learned A.P.P. for the State, when this Court expressed disinclination to allow the applications, learned advocate for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw these applications. 2. Learned A.P.P. submits that the trials in these cases are at the fag end, as only one witness i.e. the investigating officer is remained to be examined. Considering this fact and the applicant is behind bars for more than three years, it would be proper to direct the trial court to conclude the trials on or before 17.10.2025. 4. In view of above, the trial court is directed to conclude the trials, in both the cases, on or before 17.10.2025, in any case and report accordingly. It is a sessions case and it has to be decided in its literal sense that Session means once it is started it shall not be stopped. The Trial Court is directed to list the the matters twice or thrice in a week and conclude the trial, as directed above and report accordingly. 5. Since Ms. V.B. Kakde, learned advocate is appointed to prosecute the cause of respondent No.2 in bail application No. 1575 of 2025, her fees be paid as per the schedule of fees maintained by the High Court Legal Services, Sub-Committee, Aurangabad.
