Roy, Advocate ----- 06/13.06.2025: This is an application filed by the petitioners praying for grant of anticipatory bail in terms of sections 482 and 484 of Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, as the petitioners have been allegedly implicated in connection with Meharma P.S. Case No. 116 of 2023 for the offences punishable under sections 406, 420, 120-B, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Godda. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the O.P. No.2 and the learned counsel for the State. 3. The learned counsel for the O.P. No.2 and the learned counsel for the State have opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners. 4. The allegation against the petitioners is that the petitioners have taken money from the informant in lieu of providing job in NTPC. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I do not find this case fit for grant of anticipatory bail. 6. Hence, the present anticipatory bail application is dismissed. (ANANDA SEN, J. ) KNR/
