Limited grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is for a direction to the respondent authorities to consider her representation filed on 30.05.2025 before the scheduled date of document verification, which is going to be held on 12.06.2025 (tomorrow). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner, who is presently working as Assistant Professor, Botany, and posted at Kirodmal Government Arts and Science College, Raigarh, is the Digitally signed by V PADMAVATHI Date: 2025.06.11 18:06:25 +0530 Wps 4406 of 2025 2 candidate applied for the post of Professor, Botani, for which, an advertisement dated 02.09.2021 and Corrigendum dated 07.05.2024. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having sufficient teaching experience of 10 years, working as Assistant Professor, and she has made her representation for consideration of her teaching experience as the qualification for the post of Professor, Botany. He would further submitted that the petitioner has made representations on 23.01.2025, which was forwarded to the State Government by respondent- 2, and on 30.05.2025 for considering her teaching experience , but no decision has been taken till date, and tomorrow i.e.12.06.2025, is the date of verification of documents of the petitioner. Therefore, respondent authorities may be directed to consider the representation of the petitioner before verification of the documents. 3. On the other hand learned counsel for the State opposes the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner, and would submit that tomorrow i.e.12.06.2025, is the date of verification of documents of the petitioner, and the representation submitted by her may be considered at the later stage by the concerned authorities, and if it is decided against the petitioner, she may have another cause of action to challenge the same independently, but at the time of verification of documents, her documents are to be verified by the PSC (Public Service Commission)/respondent-2, as per the conditions set up in the Advertisement dated 02.09.2021. Wps 4406 of 2025 3 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties, and perused the documents annexed with the petition. 5. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, and considering the nature of dispute, and limited prayer made by the petitioner, it is directed that the respondents shall verify the documents of the petitioner on scheduled date i.e. 12.06.2025, and time, keeping in view her representation dated 30.05.2025, if already not decided by the concerned authority. 6.
