Gupta, Advocate. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Jyotsna Rewal Dua, Judge Petitioner retired as Inspector from the service of respondent-Himachal Road Transport Corporation on attaining the age of superannuation on 31.12.2017. After about seven years, he has instituted this writ petition seeking Grade Pay of Rs.3200/- w.e.f. 01.12.2011. No justification for the delay in instituting the petition has been accorded in the writ petition. Relief has been prayed for simply by pleading that the aforesaid grade pay has been released in favour of the Conductors of ‘Punjab Roadways’.
