Today, Mr. Vijay Ningthoujam, learned counsel for appellant/husband and Md. Shakir Khan, learned counsel for respondent/wife, are before this Court. Both the learned counsel submit in one voice in unison that the captioned application can be given a closure by disposing of the same in terms of said Settlement Agreement.
