In the order dated June 11, 2025 the name of the Court was wrongly mentioned as “learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division) Asansol” instead of “learned Civil Judge (Jr. Div.), 2nd Court at Asansol”. The cause title be corrected in the manner as indicated hereinafter. “The Chairman-cum Managing Director, Eastern Coalfields Limited & Anr. vs. Shibdas Mondal.” Let such errors be rectified.
