The learned I Additional District & Sessions Judge-Cum-Special Judge for Trial of Offences under „the NDPS Act‟, Visakhapatnam, on 25.06.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.1941 of 2025 in Crime No.38 of 2025 of Prohibition & Excise Seethamadhara Police Station, Visakhapatnam, while enlarging the petitioners/accused Nos.2 and 3 on bail, imposed condition of execution of personal bond for Rs.50,000/- each with two sureties for like sum each to the satisfaction of the Court of Special Judicial First Class Magistrate (for P&E), Visakhapatnam and with other conditions. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are unable to meet the above condition because of their financial constraints. 5. In view of the above reason, the order dated 25.06.2025 mentioned above is modified to the extent of “execution of personal bond for Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) each with two sureties for like sum each to the satisfaction of the Court of Special Judicial First Class Magistrate (for P&E), Visakhapatnam”. The rest of the conditions imposed by the learned Trial Court shall be complied with by the petitioners/Accused Nos.2 and 3. 6.
