By the present petition, the petitioner assailed the order dated 21.11.2022 passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Jintur below Exh.1 in S.C.C. No.98 of 2022, whereby the learned trial Court recorded the finding that after the particulars of offence explained to the accused at Exh.20, he has pleaded not guilty. No.98 of 2022 has been checked from the website of the Court and it is learnt that the next date of hearing is 24.06.2025. 4. In view of above, nothing survives in the present Writ Petition.
