The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following reliefs: “10.1 To call for the records of the case for the kind perusal of this Hon'ble Court. 10.2 To direct the respondents to complete the demarcation procedure in land bearing Khasra No.260/1 and 260/2 situated at village Baihar P.H.No.30 Ra.Ni.Ma. Tahsil Aarang District Raipur (C.G.) belonging to Digitally signed by SMT NIRMALA RAO -2- petitioner within a period of one month and handover the peaceful possession of the said land to the petitioner. 10.3. Any other relief deemed fit in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be granted.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that an application for demarcation of Survey Nos.260/1 & 260/2 situated at village Baihar, P.H. No.30 Ra.Ni.Ma., Tahsil Aarang, District Raipur was moved by the petitioner on 21.5.2018 before the concerned Tehsildar/ respondent No.2 but till date, no action has been taken by the said authority. He would pray that a direction may be issued to the respondents to demarcate the land of the petitioner. 4. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State would oppose the submissions made by counsel for the petitioner. 5. Taking into consideration the limited prayer made by the petitioner in this petition, this petition is disposed of at the admission stage, directing the concerned Tehsildar to take cognizance on the application moved by the petitioner for demarcation and take appropriate steps in this regard. The entire exercise shall be completed by the Tehsildar preferably within a period of 90 days from today, if not already conducted. 6. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of at motion stage itself.
