The learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly submitted that though the petitioner had filed this application during the pendency of the investigation of this case, however, in the meanwhile, the charge-sheet has been laid. 3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor also submits that the charge- sheet has been laid bearing charge-sheet No. 181 dated 26.08.2025. 4. Since, the Trial Court at the first instance after laying of the charge-sheet is the best Court to consider an application regarding bail and since no application has been filed by the petitioner after filing of the charge-sheet, this bail application is disposed of with an observation that the petitioner may approach the Trial Court and may file a regular bail application before the said Court, if so advised.
