GP FOR CIVIL SUPPLIES The Court made the following Order: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief: “to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ Order or direction declaring the action of the respondents more particularly the 4th respondent in issuing notification vide Ref.No.C2/1780/2024 dated 07.12.2024 is contrary to the G.O.Ms.No.10 dated 03.09.2024 is illegal, arbitrary and violations of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of Indian Constitution and consequently set aside the same and pass ....” 2. Heard both the learned counsel. 2 3. The case of the petitioner is that he is a Fair Price Shop dealer of Shop No.1144025 situated at Obulavaripalli Mandal, YSR Kadapa District. While so, The 4th respondent has issued notification vide reference No. C2/1780/2024 dated 07.12.2024 for filling up the permanent vacancies for newly created fair price shops, categorizing the petitioner’s shop under reservation. By virtue of categorization of the petitioner’s shop under reservation, the petitioner is losing his livelihood. Furthermore, the petitioner contends that the respondents should have prepared a fresh roster on reservation before the notification is issued. He submits that in similar circumstances, this Court has disposed of W.P.No.27510 of 2024 and batch vide order dated 06.01.2025, and prayed for the same relief. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for the respondents has consented for passing similar orders as in W.P.No.27510 of 2024 and batch. 5. Accordingly, without going into the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of, in terms of the orders dated 06.01.2025 in W.P.No.27510 of 2024 and batch. There shall be no order as to costs. 6.
