1. By way of this petition, the petitioners have prayed for following reliefs:-
“(i) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash impugned order dated 29.03.2022 passed by the learned Upper Collector, District Gourela-Pendra- Marwahi, (C.G.), in the interest of justice.
3 (ii) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to pay compensation amount of Rs. 4,00,000/- as per circular dated 09.06.2015 within stipulated time, in the interest of justice. (iii) Any other relief which may be suitable in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted, in the interest of justice.”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing for some time seeks liberty of this Court to file appropriate application before the appropriate forum having territorial jurisdiction.
3. Permission is granted.
4. No objection has been raised from other sides.
