Mr K R Bora, learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 submitted that the writ petition bearing WP(C) No. 4749/2020, has been disposed of on 23.06.2023, and the writ appeal preferred against the said order being Writ Appeal No. 26/2024, has already been disposed of on 05.06.2024. 4. The order of which violation had been alleged was with regard to an interim order directing the parties to maintain status quo. 5. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the other respondents that with the disposal of the writ petition and also with the disposal of the writ appeal, the question of committing violation of the interim orders to maintain status quo, now no longer need any adjudication. 6.
In view of the absence of the learned counsel for the petitioner and also in view of the orders passed in WP(C) No. 4749/2020 and Writ Appeal No. 26/2024, this contempt petition is closed. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
