In the present petition, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that a Complaint Case No. 2593 of 2015 was filed on 01.10.2015 under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC), Raipur, C.G., however, the complaint case is pending before the learned trial court since its filing on 01.10.2015 and repeated adjournments are sought by the respondent and there is no SOURABH PATEL Digitally signed by SOURABH PATEL Date: 2025.06.15 12:30:15 +0530
2 substantial progress. He would pray for a direction to the learned trial Court to conclude the proceedings expeditiously.
2. I have heard learned Counsels appearing for the petitioner and perused the record with utmost circumspection.

Taking into consideration the fact that the Complaint Case No. 2593/2015 is pending before JMFC, Raipur since 01.10.2015 and trial is about to conclude but there is no substantial progress, therefore, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the proceedings of the aforementioned complaint case as early as possible preferably within a period of three months from receipt of copy of this order.
