This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Gardanibagh P.S. Case No.566 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under sections 137(2) and 140(3) of the B.N.S., 2023 and under sections 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act. 3. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that she had left her house on her own after being rebuked by her parent. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 23.10.2024. He has clean antecedent.
