The present application has been filed u/s 5 of the Limitation Act praying for condonation of delay of 7 days in filing the connected MAC appeal which has been filed against the order dated 27.01.2025 passed by the learned MACT, Nagaon in MAC Case No. 379/2021. 3. The Office Note dated 03.12.2025 indicates that he notice has been served on respondent nos. 1 & 3. However, none appears for the respondents when the matter is called for. 4. This Court has perused the application and found that sufficient cause have been shown for the delay of 7 days. 5. Accordingly, the delay of 7 days in preferring the connected appeal is condoned and the application stands allowed. 6.
