It appears that the petitioner of Special Civil Application No.8214 of 2024 is not interested in the writ petition hence, we have heard the petitioner of the present writ petition. 2. Learned advocate Mr.Dipak Dave at this stage, has pointed out a communication dated 12.03.2025 written by the respondent-PGVCL to him as an advocate. He has submitted that in case, the petitioner fulfills the criteria, the respondent- PGVCL will consider his case and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. 3. We find that the communication dated 12.03.2025 is addressed by the respondent-PGVCL to learned advocate Mr.Dave and hence, the same cannot have a colour of the actual order as its C/SCA/3984/2025 ORDER DATED: 13/08/2025 communicated to the learned advocate representing the respondent-PGVCL. 4. Hence, in case, the petitioner fulfills all the conditions, appropriate decision shall be taken in accordance with law with regard to the tender process. 5.
