Petition has been filed by and on behalf of the accused-petitioners for quashing of FIR No. 110/2025, registered at Police Station Andhi, District Jaipur Rural, for offences under Sections 318(4), 316(2), 338, 336(3), 340(2) and 61(2) of BNS, 2023. 2. At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor has placed on record the progress report of investigation dated 19.08.2025 and states that after investigation, police has found the allegations in the FIR to be false and negative final report has been submitted before the Judicial Magistrate.
