2. This contempt petition has been filed for initiation of contempt proceeding against the contemners-opposite parties for their alleged willful and deliberate violation of the order dated 19.06.2023 passed in W.P.(C) No. 6957 of 2019.
3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the
order passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 6957 of 2019 dated 19.06.2023 has been passed and compensation amount has been paid to the petitioner.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that liberty may be reserved with the petitioner in case he has any surviving grievance.
5. The learned counsel for the opposite parties has no serious objection to the prayer made.
6. Considering the submissions, this contempt proceeding is hereby dropped.
7. Liberty is reserved with the petitioner to avail his remedy in case he has any surviving grievance in accordance with law and as may be permissible under law.
