JUSTICE MANEESH SHARMA Order 18/09/2025 1. Matter has come up on an application (1/2025) filed for vacation of ex-parte interim order dated 18.07.2018 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. 2. With the consent of the parties, the matter is finally heard on merits. 3. During the course of arguments, counsels for both the parties are in agreement to dispose of the present petition in the following terms:- (i) That the interim stay order dated 18.07.2018 qua operation of the order dated 19.06.2018 shall stand vacated; (ii) The petitioners would be allowed to continue to perform the duty as Computer Operator and Ward Boy where they were posted prior to order dated 19.06.2018 with a caveat that they will perform their respective duties diligently and with utmost sincerity upto the satisfaction of the respective placement agency or any other concerned agency/authority, who will take care/supervise their duty official work. 4.
