However, for the sake of convenience, facts/ averments from CWP No.970 of 2025 shall be referred to. 2. Petitioner retired as Conductor from the service of respondent-Himachal Road Transport Corporation on attaining the age of superannuation on 31.05.2013. After about 12 years, he has instituted this writ petition seeking Grade Pay of Rs.3200/- w.e.f. 01.12.2011. No justification for the delay in instituting the petition has been accorded in the writ petition. Relief has been prayed for simply by pleading that the aforesaid grade pay has been released in favour of the Conductors of ‘Punjab Roadways’. Adequate pleadings, grounds and documents in support of the relief claimed are absolutely wanting in every aspect. 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 5 3. Confronted with above, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw these writ petitions with liberty to file afresh in accordance with law. Accordingly, the writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
