Vide order dated 02.12.2025, petitioners in all the three petitions came to be enlarged on bail in anticipation of arrest by this Court, subject inter alia to the conditions that they shall appear before the Investigating Officer on daily basis till 11.12.2025 for a period of three hours, as per their convenience and that in case of any recovery from them or any one of them, such petitioner/accused shall be deemed to be in custody for the purposes of Section 23(2) of Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023 (BSA). 02. Status report stands filed, a perusal whereof reveals that main accused, namely, Akhil Singh, is still at large, due to which, further fact- finding is being obstructed. There is nothing in the status report to indicate or suggest that petitioners have violated any term or condition Sr. No. 25 2 of the bail order or that they have not appeared before the investigating agency. The status report is also silent about any recovery from the petitioners. The investigation of the case qua the petitioners, as such, appears to have concluded.
