No.432, Palakonda village, Palakonda Mandal, Parvathipuram Manyam District despite the F-Line application bearing No. FSV012400614944 dtd. 23.12.2024 as unconstitutional, arbitrary, and violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India, and consequently direct the Respondents to conduct a survey by pointing out the boundary lines of the agricultural land belonging to the Petitioner to an extent of Acs. 1. 47 cents situated at Sy. No.432, Palakonda village, Palakonda Mandal, Parvathipuram Manyam District in accordance with law, and pass a IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the Respondent No.4 to forthwith conduct survey by pointing out the boundary lines of agricultural land belonging to petitioner to an extent of Acs. 1. 47 cents situated at Sy. Vaibhav Raj, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri B.V.Satyanarayana, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appeared for the respondents. 2. The petitioner made an F-line application vide No.FSNV012400614944, dated 23.12.2024 (Ex.P2) to conduct a survey and fix boundaries in respect of SRS,J W.P.No.19020 of 2025 Ac.1.47 cents in Sy.No.432 of Palakonda Village, Palakonda Mandal, Parvathipuram Manyam District. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Tahsildar issued notice on 24.03.2025 & 16.04.2025. However, the survey was not conducted. 4. Sri B.V.Satyanarayana, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, would submit that in pursuance of the notices dated 24.03.2025 & 16.04.2025, the surveyor visited the field. However, the land is part of the tank, and hence, the survey could not be conducted. He would also submit that a proper endorsement was issued to the petitioner. 5. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the learned counsel, directing respondent No.4 to act upon the F-line application made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, strictly as per the law. No order as to costs.
