Sharma, learned Additional Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would be content if the present writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to decide their representation (Annexure P-3) in a time bound manner in view of the law laid down by this Court in CWP No.8148 of 2022, titled as Yashwant Kumar Versus State of 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 2 Himachal Pradesh and others, decided alongwith connected matters on 21.03.2024. 3. Prayer, being innocuous, is considered and allowed. 4. Consequently, the present writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioners (Annexure P-3) within a period of six weeks from today by passing a detailed and reasoned order strictly in terms of the judgment passed in Yashwant Kumar’s case (supra).
