Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the 1st petitioner’s mother, by name Rachakonda Bramarambha, owned Ac.29.06 cents in Sy.Nos.1-2, 3B, 3C, 3D, 14-1, 14-2, 19, 19-2, 19-3, 19-4, 20-2B, 20-3, 23-1, 25-2, 26-13, 26-14, 29-1, 29-3, 31-8, 34-17, 34-3, 34-7, 36-2, 37-1, 37-10, 37- 2, 37-6, 37-9, 40-3, 41-1, 41-2, 4-2, 42-1, 43, 44-1, 46-2, 49-3, 51-1, 53-1, 55, 56-1, 56-2, 58-3, 60-1, 6-1, 6-2, 62-8, 63-4, 63-5, 67-1, 67-2, 67-3, 69-1, 70-2, 71-10, 71-11, 71-16, 71-18, 71-5, 71-7, 71-9, 72-5, 72-7, 75-3, 76-15, 76-2, 76-8, 77-11, 77-12, 77-15, 77-3, 77-8, 80-10 of Rajannapeta Village, Rolugunta Mandal, Anakapalli District. The 1st petitioner’s mother died on SRS,J W.P.No.19180 of 2025 31.12.2022. The 1st petitioner’s husband owns Ac.3.02 cents in Sy.Nos.22-1, 25-3, 62-1 & 63-1 of Rajannapeta Village. The 1st petitioner’s husband died on 29.02.2008. The 1st petitioner is in possession and enjoyment of the property. The 1st petitioner owns Ac.1.04 cents in Sy.No.51-2 of Rajannapeta Village. The 2nd petitioner owns Ac.0.03 cents and 4th petitioner owns ac.2.35 cents in Sy.Nos.45-4, 49-1 of Rajannapeta Village. He would also submit that respondent No.4, without issuing any notice, is interfering with the petitioners’ possession of the property. 3. Sri B.V. Satyanarayana, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, would submit that re-survey work has been undertaken in the village and the farmers have been informed to attend the re- survey work to show their property boundaries along with documents and records. One Sri Peela Ramunaidu, one of the claimants attended the re- survey. However, failed to identify and show the boundaries of the aforementioned lands. Respondent No.4 is not interfering with the aforementioned property. The same is recorded. 4. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the learned counsel, directing respondent No.4 not to interfere with the aforementioned property, without following due process of law. No order as to costs.
