Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is under instructions to restrict the relief for direction to the competent authority to decide this representation (Annexure P-2) in time bound manner. State of Himachal Pradesh & Anr., and the petitioner will be satisfied in case the pending representation (Annexure P-2) filed in this behalf is decided by respondent No. 2/Director, Directorate of School Education, Shimla, H.P., in a time bound manner. 3. Prayer being innocuous is allowed. 4. Accordingly, without adverting to the merits of the case, directions are issued to respondent No. 2/Director, Directorate of School Education, Shimla, H.P., to consider and decide the representation (Annexure P2) of the petitioner within eight weeks from today and decide the same by passing a detailed and reasoned order, strictly in terms of judgment passed in Dharmesh Sharma (supra). 5.
