T V Sri Devi The Court made the following: This is an application to extend the time of suspension of the orders of this Court. This Court while dismissing the Contempt Appeal had granted a period of four weeks for the appellant to avail of remedy of appeal or otherwise. It is submitted that the appellant has approached the Hon'ble Supreme Court, by way of Special Leave petition. However, the same has not yet come up before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. In the circumstances, the present application has been filed to extend the time granted in the earlier order dated 19.02.2025. As an S.L.P has already been filed and is expected to come up before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, it would be appropriate to grant a further period of four weeks from today, before the order in the Contempt Appeal, dated 19.02.2025 comes into effect.
