The limited prayer of the petitioner – complainant in the present petition is for a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of C.C.No.807/2023 arising out of Crime No.216/2021 registered by the respondent – police for offences punishable under Sections 463, 468, 471 and 420 IPC within a stipulated timeframe. 3. In view of the fact that the aforesaid proceedings in C.C.No.807/2023 is pending for the last two years before the Prl.Civil Judge & JMFC, Honnali, Davangere, without expressing any opinion on merits / demerits of the rival contentions, I deem it just and appropriate to direct the Trial Court to dispose of the aforesaid proceedings as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
