PP for the State of Assam. 2. This is an application under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 praying for Page No.# 2/2 granting bail to the accused applicant in connection with Bhipuria P.S. Case No. 169/2025 registered under Sections 64(2)(m)/117(2)/3(5) of BNS, 2023 read with Section 6/21 of the POCSO Act. 3. Mr. K. K. Parasar, learned Addl. PP submits that charge sheet in the instant case has already been filed vide charge Sheet No. 117/2025 dated 22.10.2025 before the Court of learned Special Judge, POCSO, Lakhimpur, North Lakhimpur. 4. The learned counsel appearing for the accused applicant submits that in view of the submission of the charge sheet, he should be allowed to approach the learned Trial Court for appropriate relief. 5. In view of the aforesaid factual position, the instant bail application is closed with a liberty to the accused applicant to approach the learned Trial Court for appropriate remedy. 6.
