JUSTICE BUDI HABUNG ORDER 29.10.2025 Heard S. Sahu, learned counsel for the applicant/claimant. Also heard Ms. M. Saikia, learned counsel for the respondent/Insurance Company. 2. It is submitted that vide order dated 05.05.2025 passed by this Court in I.A (C) Case No. 3250/2024, the present respondent/Insurance Company was directed to deposit 50% of the total awarded amount before the Registry of this Court. In compliance with the said order, the respondent/Insurance Company has deposited 50% (Rs. 3,53,006/-) of the total awarded amount before the Registry of this Court. 3. By filing this application, the applicant/claimant prays for release of the deposited amount of Rs. 3,53,006/- (Rupees three lakhs fifty-three thousand Page No.# 3/3 zero-six only), being 50% of the total awarded amount of Rs. 7,06,133/- (Rupees seven lakhs six thousand one hundred thirty-three only), in favour of the applicant/claimant. 4. The learned counsel for the respondent/Insurance Company has raised no objection. Accordingly, the prayer stands allowed. 5. The Registry is hereby directed to release the deposited amount of Rs. 3,53,006/- (Rupees three lakhs fifty-three thousand zero-six only) to the applicant/claimant, namely, Sri Urgian Tamang, after proper verification and identification by his learned counsel. 6.
