GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: ::ORDER:: Heard Sri P.V.N.Kiran Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Divya Teja, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents 1 to 4. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner owns Ac.1.30 cents in Sy.No.268/3 of Ampapuram Village fields, Bapulapadu Mandal, NTR District. The said land was assigned to the petitioner by the then Tahsildar under the Ex-Servicemen category. The name of the petitioner is updated in the Record of Rights, and the Tahsildar issued the Pattadar Pass Book. The petitioner made a representation to the respondents 2 to 4 on 24.05.2025 (Ex.P1), seeking sub-division of the property. Since the said representation has not been disposed of, the above writ petition has been filed. 3 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner has to make an application through Mee-Seva seeking sub-division by paying the requisite fee. If the petitioner makes such an application, the concerned authority will consider the same. 4. In reply, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner will make an online application through Mee-Seva seeking sub- division in respect of Ac.1.30 cents in Sy.No.268/3 of Ampapuram Village fields, Bapulapadu Mandal, NTR District. 5. Given the facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of, at the admission stage, with the consent of both the learned counsel, giving liberty to the petitioner to make an online application through Mee-Seva seeking sub-division in respect of Ac.1.30 cents in Sy.No.268/3 of Ampapuram Village fields, Bapulapadu Mandal, NTR District. If the petitioner makes such an application, the 4th respondent shall consider and pass appropriate orders strictly as per the Law. No order as to costs.
