A memo is filed seeking withdrawal of the petition. Memo reads thus;
"It is submitted that subsequent to presentation of petition, the petitioner was discharged from the hospital against the advice of doctor and was taken to Bihar on a transit warrant and the current petition is infructuous. Hence, this memo for withdrawal as dismissed.
Wherefore, it is most humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to dismiss the current petition as withdrawn as it is became infructuous, as stated supra to meet the ends of justice.
