Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned HCGP for the respondent – State. 3. In the first information report (hereinafter referred as to ‘FIR’) it is alleged that when first informant and his friends were in the room No.201 of BVK club, Banashankari 2nd stage, Benagaluru at that time five persons wearing mask entered their room and they were - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:18254 CRL.P No. 6847 of 2025 holding chopper and long choppers and out of them one assaulted Sri. Anand from the back of chopper on his hand and they held others and robbed `10,00,000/- cash, 700 grams of golden ornaments and mobile phones. FIR is registered against six unknown persons. Investigation is still in progress. The offences alleged against the petitioner is a heinous offence. There are other accused who are absconding. If the petitioner is granted bail there are chances of hampering the investigation and threatening the witnesses. The charge sheet is yet to be filed. Hence, the petitioner is not entitled for grant of bail. In the result the petition is dismissed.
