JUSTICE MITALI THAKURIA ORDER 18-03-2026 Heard Mr. S. Das, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. P. Borthakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, for the State respondent. 2. This is application under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of pre- arrest bail to the accused/petitioners, namely, (i) Md. Ali Hussain @ Ali Hussain; (ii) Nur Alom Sheikh; (iii) Shaha Alom Sk and (iv) Rohom Ali who are apprehending arrest in connection with Dhubri P.S. Case No. 194/2025 registered under Sections 189(2)/103(1) of BNS, 2023. 3. During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. B. Borthakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam, on instruction, submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted the charge-sheet in said Dhubri P.S. Case No. 194/2025 vide Charge-Sheet No. 363/2025 dated 23.10.2025. 4. In view of the above, the petitioners are directed to approach the learned Trial Court for their regular bail in said Dhubri P.S. Case No. 194/2025 Page No.# 3/3 within a period of 15 (fifteen) days from today, which may be considered in accordance with law. 5. The interim bail granted to the petitioners earlier on 07.08.2025 in said Dhubri P.S. Case No. 194/2025 shall remain in force for the next 15 (fifteen) days. 6. In the event, the petitioners fail to appear before the learned Trial Court seeking regular bail, within the period of 15 (fifteen) days, the interim bail granted to them shall stands cancelled. 7.
