The limited prayer made by the petitioner in this petition is for a direction to the respondent authorities for regularization of the services of the petitioner within a stipulated time period. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that vide memo dated 13.05.2025 the respondent No.7 has forwarded his proposal to the respondent No.5 for regularization of the services of the petitioner which is under consideration and therefore he may be permitted to 2 pursue his remedy before the competent authority and as such the authorities may be directed to expedite the process of regularization of services of the petitioner. 3. The submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner is not opposed by the State counsel. However, she would submit that regularization process of the services of the petitioner is under consideration before the competent authority and therefore there is no need to fix any time period. 4. Considering the submissions made by the counsel for the parties and also considering the limited prayer made, and the fact that on 13.05.2025 the proposal for regularization of the services of the petitioner has already been forwarded to the respondent No.5 which is under process, it is expected from the competent authority to take a decision on the regularization of the services of the petitioner at the earliest in accordance with law. 5.
